Availability

Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible and are subject to availability. If an item is not ready for immediate shipping, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

If you require delivery by a specific date, please get in touch via our Contact page. While we typically use standard shipping services, expedited shipping via FedEx or DHL may be arranged for an additional fee.

Quality Assurance

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly through the Contact page. We will make every effort to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations in stone color, metal tone, and imprint details are to be expected. These natural variations are part of what makes each ANA GADA piece a one-of-a-kind work of art.

Commissions

Initial consultations for commissioned pieces are free of charge.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery. Any requested changes to the original order may incur additional costs.
